  • Using organic flour, long slow rising with traditional yeast and sourdough levening
  • Kinds offered;  Light rye with sunflower, sesame, and flax seeds and cracked grains or Whole-Wheat with Sesame Seeds. Wheat free breads also available by request

  • Our chickens are fed certified-organic and non-GMO feed.
  • Our chickens free range around and eat a wide variety of weeds, greens, kitchen scraps, and so on
  • Our eggs are from a flock of 10 or so different breeds of birds that produce beautiful dark yellow-orange yolks
  • Organic Eggs are $6.50 a dozen
