Availability and Prices subject to change without notice. Plants are highly variable living creatures and stock much different than gadgets sitting on shelves.
I do my best to keep accurate inventory but sometimes plant quality unexpected changes. I will refund or ask to substitute if i pull a plant to send it and the roots are weak or the general quality isn't there.
Some plants can't be sent to some places at certain times of the year or ever. An easy example is "citrus to northern BC in the winter". I will sometimes make exceptions to this rule if the customer is willing to assume full responsibility for failure.
100% deposit required to reserve orders less than $500. 50% deposit required to reserve orders less than $1000. 25% deposit to reserve orders over $1000. Refunding subject to 10% restocking fee.
We sell quality plants that we feel confident in. Providing the conditions for these plants to thrive is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do your research and ask lots of questions.
